Should an AI scribe write my assessment and plan?
Only if you want it to. Many physicians let a scribe draft the history and write the assessment and plan themselves. Solanto will draft the whole note from what was said, and you keep, change or delete any section. The plan carries your name.

Usually because the draft is too long. A note that records everything the patient said takes longer to check than one you wrote. The time saved is the time you do not spend proofreading. Solanto will draft in your format, and you edit from there.

Not this one. Solanto will draft the note. It will not place orders and it will not connect to your electronic health record. Anything you promised in the room still needs you to order it.

Yes, for any scribe that listens. Solanto will draft from the audio of the visit, so it will only work when the patient agrees to be recorded. If they say no, you write that note yourself.
