Aesthetic medicine in Korea moves fast, and Korean clinics run on their own mix of phones, computers, messaging apps and records systems. Before Solanto builds for Korea, we want to understand that platform from the inside. Solanto works in English today, so this role is about learning and building relationships, not selling.
What you’ll do
Map the platform Korean clinics run on: which phones and computers, which messaging apps, which records systems, and where notes get written today.
Build relationships with clinicians and clinical creators in Seoul, starting with aesthetic, dermatology and dental clinics.
Adapt our writing into Korean, with a clinician checking every medical term.
Write the founder a short letter each month: what we would need to serve Korean clinics well, and what we would get wrong.
You have
Fluent Korean and English.
Education or experience in healthcare in Korea: nursing, dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, public health, or work in a clinic.
Curiosity about why people choose the tools they use, and the patience to ask.
Ease starting conversations with busy professionals.
